About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support / IT Specialist to join our team in 10th of Ramadan City. You will provide first‑line assistance for hardware, software and network issues, ensuring smooth daily operations for all users.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist users with technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain network connectivity and overall IT infrastructure.
- Document technical issues, steps taken, and solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT roles.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
