BIM Architect/Designer & Project Manager (Remote – Cairo Time)

About the role

MVA-PLUSONE is seeking a remote BIM Architect/Designer who will also act as Project Manager for large‑scale and high‑rise projects. The position is contract‑based and supports U.S. architecture firms while operating on Cairo time to collaborate with teams in Colombia and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage architectural and construction drawings using BIM tools.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate daily with U.S. architectural teams, maintaining project standards and documentation.
• Lead project coordination, communication, and schedule adherence across remote teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with complex, large‑scale or high‑rise projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Expertise in Revit.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of construction drawing production and submittal processes.
