BIM Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative BIM Interior Designer to develop attractive interior concepts and detailed layouts for a variety of projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into realistic 3D and 2D presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling interior designs and layout plans using BIM tools.
• Meet with clients to gather objectives, preferences, and project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure needs are met.
• Prepare presentations, including 3D models, 2D drawings, mock‑ups, and renderings.
• Develop accurate quotes and follow the full workflow from concept to delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design or BIM.
• Strong creative and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering design projects successfully.
