User Experience Designer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time User Experience Designer to work remotely and create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. You will apply design thinking to solve user‑centered problems and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to uncover needs and behaviors.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Develop interactive prototypes and iterate based on feedback and usability testing.
• Maintain design consistency across products and contribute to style guides and design systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, refine concepts, and ensure solutions align with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong design‑thinking and UX skills with the ability to frame problems and propose user‑centered solutions.
• Experience conducting various user‑research methods and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficiency in visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to technical and non‑technical partners.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams with solid time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and basic front‑end development constraints is a plus.
