BIM Technical Architect Coordinator – Construction

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a BIM / Technical Architect Coordinator to lead BIM coordination, model management and interdisciplinary technical integration across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines. The role ensures high‑quality BIM information delivery throughout the project lifecycle in line with the Project BIM Execution Plan and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit, adhering to BIM standards, LOD/LOIN and information requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and subcontractor models to maintain an accurate federated model.
• Conduct BIM model reviews, quality checks, clash detection and drive issues to closure.
• Review subcontractor BIM deliverables for compliance with project requirements.
• Manage BIM information within the project CDE, including version control, model exchanges and distribution.
• Implement design changes, RFIs, technical comments and CTO requirements in BIM models.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, track actions and resolve technical and interdisciplinary issues.
• Monitor deliverables, schedules and identify risks affecting quality, coordination or deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of BIM coordination experience in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, execution plans and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Proven ability to manage large federated models and lead cross‑disciplinary teams.
