Business Developer – Architectural Project Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer with an architectural background to join No5 Designs in Giza. The role combines business development activities with project account management, ensuring smooth coordination of architectural projects from design through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project coordination, manage timelines and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Review and manage submittals, coordinate construction drawings and verify compliance with project requirements.
• Contribute to architectural design concepts and support sustainable practices such as LEED standards.
• Conduct market research on target industries, clients and competitors, and assist in lead generation.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and documentation for client outreach.
• Coordinate internal teams (design, technical, execution, FF&E) and external consultants.
• Monitor and control budgets and timelines for both design and execution phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 1 month of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and execution processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
