Business Developer – B2B Lead Generation

About the role

Jumppeak is seeking a proactive Business Developer to drive B2B lead generation and expand its market presence. You will work closely with the agency’s creative and media teams to promote digital marketing and branding services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies using LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline in a CRM system, ensuring timely follow‑ups and high conversion rates.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and pitch decks aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, art, and media buying teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Represent Jumppeak at industry events, networking meetups, and business gatherings.
• Analyze sales performance metrics to continuously improve business development strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in business development, preferably within marketing agencies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
