About the role
Better Mix is seeking a motivated Business Development Engineer to expand its ready‑mix concrete market presence. You will combine technical knowledge of concrete production with strong sales acumen to build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to increase sales volume.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and growth opportunities.
- Meet clients on‑site, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate production schedules, delivery logistics, and post‑pour client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and support the collections process.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years of experience in the ready‑mix concrete sector.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and teamwork orientation.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
