Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive drives outbound prospecting and early‑stage qualification to keep the BD Manager's pipeline full of well‑qualified, winnable opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting – targeted outreach, LinkedIn/email sequences, event and referral follow‑up – against the agreed ideal client profile.
• Qualify inbound leads from Marketing against the ICP and deal‑scoring framework before handoff to the BD Manager.
• Maintain accurate, current CRM records for every opportunity in the book.
• Conduct discovery calls to capture client requirements, pain points, and decision‑making process.
• Support RFP responses with research, first‑draft content, and coordination of internal inputs.
• Build and maintain a target account list in partnership with the BD Manager.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in B2B sales development, business development, or account‑management (BPO/CX experience preferred).
• Confident, professional written and verbal communication in English; Arabic a plus.
• Comfortable with CRM discipline and structured outbound processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
