Business Development - Lighting

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development professional to grow and expand our presence in Egypt’s lighting market. The role covers the full sales cycle – from spotting market opportunities and building relationships with consultants, contractors, clients and government accounts, to delivering technical presentations and negotiating commercial deals while meeting annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop contacts with consultants, contractors, government institutions and end customers for the lighting business.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of project quotes, make presentations, provide technical backup, discuss and negotiate commercial offers, and effectively manage the sales process.
• Identify new products and product lines and generate sales leads.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies for market penetration.
• Achieve yearly sales budget on a consistent basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales and lighting within the Egyptian market.
• Experience handling governmental accounts.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with price and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
