Business Development Executive – Localization (Hybrid)

About the role

BayanTech is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its presence in the translation and localization market. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and target new clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned revenue quotas.
• Conduct market research to uncover new segments and customer needs.
• Engage potential clients via phone, email and other channels.
• Promote BayanTech’s services by aligning them with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and trade shows.
• Identify, prepare and submit tenders in line with company goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of business development experience, preferably within the translation and localization industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Motivated to work towards targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
