Business Development Executive – Quick Commerce

About the role

Join the fast‑growing quick‑commerce arm of noon, noon SEND, as a Business Development Executive. You will help expand our partner network across the UAE, working with D2C brands, e‑commerce sellers, SMEs and online marketplaces to drive on‑demand delivery at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential partners across the UAE, including D2C brands, e‑commerce sellers, SMEs and marketplaces.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn, email sequences and walk‑ins to generate qualified leads.
• Book and support discovery meetings with senior Business Development Managers and co‑lead pitches.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM and report weekly on activity, conversion rates and pipeline health.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pricing sheets and onboarding documentation for new partners.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet and product teams to ensure smooth partner go‑live.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management or partnerships, preferably in logistics, e‑commerce, SaaS, FMCG or fintech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound outreach and able to bounce back quickly from rejection.
• UAE driving licence preferred as the role involves meeting clients on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI‑based productivity tools.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage pipelines.
