Business Development Manager – Cairo

About the role

Business Factory is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Egyptian market. You will be the face of the agency, opening doors with CEOs and marketing leaders, building long‑term partnerships, and delivering data‑driven marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B opportunities throughout Cairo and Egypt.
• Build and nurture relationships with local brands, decision‑makers, and agencies.
• Book, lead, and close in‑person client meetings.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline in HubSpot.
• Understand client challenges and propose tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent Business Factory locally and help expand the MENA presence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing or agency environments.
• Strong professional network within the Egyptian market.
• Proven outbound prospecting and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
