Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join OPECo., a leading provider of offshore protection solutions in Egypt. The role is full‑time and based on‑site, focusing on identifying new opportunities, conducting market research and supporting the sales team to expand our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the offshore protection and construction sectors.
• Conduct market research to analyse target industries, competitors and customer needs.
• Generate leads and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide market insights and business intelligence to the sales team.
• Manage customer inquiries and support the preparation of proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with experience in lead generation.
• Familiarity with the offshore protection or construction industry is a plus.
