About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive new revenue streams and expand our market presence. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders while supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in business development, telecommunications, technology, HR, or sales roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Fluency in English.
