About the role

Sutherland is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Call Center Customer Service Representative in New Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

Provide real‑time assistance to customers via phone, chat or email.
Identify, diagnose and resolve technical or service‑related problems.
Document interactions and follow up to guarantee issue closure.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service certifications are a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Patience, empathy and the ability to handle challenging situations.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.
