About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our banking contact centre. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls related to banking products and services.
- Verify customer identity and handle confidential information securely.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Document interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate from any university, preferably with a good GPA.
- Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Gross salary of 10,500 (local currency) plus incentives and profit sharing.
- Transportation provided.
- Rotational shifts with two days off per week.
