Call Center Representative

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for EMS Body Fit Egypt. The Call Center Representative will manage both inbound and outbound calls, answer client inquiries about services and packages, and ensure accurate information is delivered to current and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to service and package inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, updating client records in the system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience and resolve complaints or escalations professionally.
• Document call outcomes and collaborate with the on‑site team on promotions and service updates.
• Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience, preferably in call centers, fitness/wellness, or service‑oriented environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or communications is a plus.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, including rotating shifts and weekends if required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy, and clear verbal communication.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using scheduling tools.
• Basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
