About the role

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to promote course renewals and increase conversion rates.

• Provide professional support and handle inquiries throughout the student lifecycle.
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvements to boost learning outcomes and renewals.
• Build strong relationships to enhance satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
