We are looking for a Moderator to manage customer inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure timely follow‑up with potential clients. The role involves responding to messages professionally and supporting the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to messages professionally.
- Qualify leads and answer basic inquiries.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Escalate qualified or difficult leads to the Sales Service team.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fast response time.
- Strong follow‑up skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
