Capacity Planning Program Manager – UltraFast & Quick Commerce

About the role

Amazon’s Supply Chain team is looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven Capacity Planning Program Manager to shape the next generation of its fulfillment network. You will own short‑term operational tasks and support mid‑ to long‑term strategic projects for a network of dark‑stores, ensuring optimal storage capacity and network topology.

Key responsibilities

• Own reporting of critical capacity‑planning metrics across fulfillment centers (FCs).
• Gather data from multiple sources, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, and drive execution.
• Support operations with capacity analysis and collaborate with supply‑chain stakeholders.
• Forecast storage requirements, devise innovative storage solutions, and audit sites for compliance.
• Maintain capacity configurations in ACMS to prevent mismatches.
• Partner with engineering, design, and launch teams to incorporate design inputs.
• Lead projects that enhance network capacity and optimize bin‑slotting.
• Manage short‑term network topology tasks and long‑term topology planning with strategy teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Ability to define program requirements and use data to drive improvements.
