Senior Account Executive

About the role

The Senior Account Executive will manage key client accounts for OSE, a logistics provider, ensuring high client satisfaction while coordinating sea and air freight forwarding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for logistics service inquiries and manage key client accounts.
• Coordinate freight forwarding operations for sea and air shipments and oversee customs clearance processes.
• Prepare quotations, track shipments, resolve service issues and ensure accurate documentation and timely billing.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align service delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop new business and provide regular performance updates and reports to clients and management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight forwarding (sea and air) and solid understanding of import/export procedures.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and IOR/EOR regulations.
• Strong account management skills, including relationship building, negotiation and issue resolution.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional logistics activities, manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous senior sales or account executive experience in logistics is highly preferred.
