Captain Waiter

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is based in Cairo and reports to the restaurant management team. As a Captain Waiter you will ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and promptly address guest needs.
• Oversee food and beverage service operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold high service standards and lead by example.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in food and beverage service and food service operations.
• Basic cooking knowledge and understanding of culinary practices (a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and collaborate effectively.
• Prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
