About the role

The Channel Development Junior Manager will design and execute trade‑marketing strategies that drive growth across multiple retail channels. Acting as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, Channel Marketing and Commercial teams, you will ensure seamless implementation of trade plans, product launches and pricing actions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop channel strategies aligned with brand segmentation, market potential and shopper insights.
  • Plan, optimise and track trade investments by channel and customer, including loyalty programmes.
  • Monitor and report channel performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities and corrective actions.
  • Manage planograms, merchandising standards and brand compliance through Perfect Store initiatives.
  • Lead audit teams, set KPIs, design audit routes and drive corrective measures.
  • Coordinate strategic projects, track milestones and prepare status reports.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proven KPI tracking and performance analysis.
