Civil Site Engineer – Execution

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer to lead on‑site execution of reinforced concrete works for our projects in El Sheikh Zayed. The successful candidate will supervise construction activities, ensure compliance with design and quality standards, and keep the project on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on‑site construction activities.
• Execute and monitor reinforced concrete works, including foundations, footings, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls and other structural elements.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and other disciplines.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and monitor project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce quality control procedures and health‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate material requests, verify deliveries and assist in project handover and snagging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil site execution, with strong hands‑on experience in reinforced concrete construction.
• Good understanding of structural and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with construction methods, site coordination and project documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driving licence is a plus.

• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
