Client Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for our pharmaceutical clients in Egypt. You will drive business growth, ensure successful project delivery, and create an outstanding client experience through close collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage strategic accounts, lead client meetings and handle day‑to‑day communications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality project execution.
• Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, forecasts and customer satisfaction; identify upselling and retention opportunities.
• Resolve client issues, manage escalations, mitigate project risks and ensure contractual compliance.
• Present business performance and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with company offerings, market trends and competitors to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client relations or CRM within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple accounts or projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, ClickUp or Pipedrive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
