About the role
GI Properties is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Agent to support its real‑estate sales team in Egypt. The role focuses on outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting exclusive property projects and generating qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential buyers and investors.
- Present property offerings, answer queries and highlight key benefits.
- Schedule appointments for sales consultants and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
- Achieve daily and weekly KPI targets set by management.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates, current undergraduates, gap‑year students or recent dropouts.
- Fluent in English (minimum B1/B2 level).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Preferably some experience in telesales, sales, real estate or customer service.

- Basic salary of 15,000 (local currency) plus performance‑based incentives up to 7,500.
