Commercial & EMO Quality Manager – Egypt & North Africa

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial & EMO Quality Manager to lead quality governance across Egypt and North Africa for Reckitt’s hygiene, health and nutrition brands. The role ensures product compliance, protects consumers and drives quality excellence across commercial operations and external manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain a compliant Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure inspection readiness.
• Partner with local leadership as the Quality representative and support decision‑making.
• Approve, monitor and audit external manufacturers (EMOs) and suppliers, driving performance, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal and safety requirements; conduct quality risk assessments (product stability, packaging integrity, supply‑chain risks).
• Own investigation and resolution of quality issues, including CAPA implementation.
• Manage consumer complaints, product recall readiness and incident management.
• Identify and implement process, product and supplier improvements using data and KPIs.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Strong experience in Quality Management within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in supplier quality and external manufacturing (EMO) oversight.
• Solid knowledge of QMS, GMP/GDP and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with risk‑management tools such as FMEA and root‑cause analysis.
• Auditing background; Lead Auditor qualification is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
