Community Pharmacist

About the role

Bloom Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Community Pharmacist who treats pharmacy work as a healthcare responsibility. You will join a premium health‑care setting that values professionalism, accuracy, and patient‑centered service.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately in line with MoHP regulations and Bloom SOPs.
• Provide patient counseling and retail customer service following the Bloom approach.
• Advise customers on OTC products, dermo‑cosmetics, and skincare.
• Operate POS/pharmacy systems for transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain a smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid syndicate ID.
• Minimum one year of experience in community pharmacies.
• Professional appearance and behavior, customer‑oriented mindset.
• Team player, flexible, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Good to fluent English proficiency.
• Microsoft Office proficiency ranging from beginner to advanced.
• Experience with POS pharmacy systems.
