About the role
We are seeking a proactive Community Support Specialist to join our fintech team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and investors, delivering timely assistance across multiple channels and helping to shape a positive community experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to community inquiries via chat, phone, email, social media and forums.
- Monitor and moderate community platforms, escalating issues when needed.
- Collect and analyse feedback, reporting trends to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot account and technical problems, coordinating with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain and update FAQs, guides and other self‑service resources.
- Assist in planning and executing virtual or in‑person events, webinars and meetups.
- Prepare and manage legal documentation, signatures and courier services for property investment contracts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, community management or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Strong numerical aptitude and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
