E‑Commerce Merchandising Specialist – Fashion & Trend Focus

About the role

We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Merchandising Specialist with a strong interest in fashion. In this role you will discover, source and present trending products on Shopify and other sales channels, ensuring a seamless experience from supplier to customer.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source trending fashion items that match DAXUEN’s brand and target audience.
• Evaluate products on trend relevance, quality, pricing, margins and supplier reliability.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather product details, images and specifications.
• Enter and merchandise new products on Shopify and other platforms, creating SEO‑friendly titles, descriptions, tags and collections.
• Monitor product performance and adjust listings based on sales data and trends.
• Manage end‑to‑end order processing, coordinate with fulfillment partners and maintain accurate inventory.
• Update website content, collections and pages within the Shopify back‑end.
• Edit product images and create Pinterest Pins to boost organic traffic.
• Assist customers with order status, product questions and returns.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify product entry, collections and back‑end navigation.
• Experience in product sourcing, supplier research or e‑commerce merchandising.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, especially streetwear and Gen Z styles.
• Attention to detail for product information, pricing, sizing and inventory.
• Basic knowledge of e‑commerce SEO and product listing optimisation.
• Good written and verbal communication, with customer‑service experience.
