Concrete Assistant Structure Engineer

About the role

Atkins Réalis is seeking a Concrete Assistant Structure Engineer to support the analysis and design of concrete building structures. You will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, hospital, and tower buildings, ensuring safety, integrity, and durability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, SAP, Prokon, PCA, and RAM.
• Ensure all work complies with Atkins Réalis Quality Management Procedures.
• Deliver project deliverables on time and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on structures.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a design office working on building structures.
• Familiarity with concrete design codes (IS/BS, ACI, SBC, ECP, AISC).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Flexible attitude toward work location and responsibilities.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and proactive in problem solving.
