Consultant – Modeling & Insights (Strategy & Transactions)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to join its Modeling & Insights team within the Strategy & Transactions practice. You will work on bespoke financial models for M&A, valuations and strategic projects, helping clients translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout modelling engagements.
• Gather client requirements, design and build customized financial models that align with those needs.
• Translate client objectives into logical steps, formulas and visual presentations.
• Manage administrative processes, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
• Maintain consistent communication from model drafting through user acceptance testing to final hand‑over.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews of colleagues’ models and ensure mathematical accuracy.
• Document models thoroughly and deliver final versions that satisfy client expectations.
