Contract Manager

About the role

Teef Najd Group is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the full contract lifecycle for its construction, infrastructure and engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing contract administration, risk and claims management, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts from pre‑award through to project close‑out.
• Draft, review, negotiate and interpret contractual agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Handle variations, claims, disputes and extension of time requests.
• Coordinate contractual matters with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor contract performance and advise management.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, notices and reports.
• Support tendering and procurement by reviewing contract conditions.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5‑8 years of contract management experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
