Contract Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management for large‑scale EPC Energy and Infrastructure projects in Egypt and abroad. The role covers the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to administration, variations, claims and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and international standards.
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts, sub‑contracts and related claims.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and legal risks while protecting the company’s interests.
• Lead negotiations with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Support project teams on contractual matters, including variations, extensions of time and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate closely with technical, procurement, commercial and legal departments throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts management within EPC projects.
• Extensive experience with FIDIC contracts, claims handling and contract administration.
• Proven track record on large‑scale Energy, Power, Utilities or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and support overseas assignments.
