Contracts Manager

About the role

The Contracts Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of contractual agreements, ensuring that all terms are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies. This position works closely with legal, technical, and business teams to mitigate risk and support smooth contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, review, evaluate, and amend contract terms and conditions.
• Review, markup, and assess contract documents, including legal and technical schedules, statements of work, and related annexes.
• Identify and document contractual and legal risks, producing risk reports when required.
• Ensure proper execution of contracts in line with applicable policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with contract policies, processes, and procedures.
• Review customer requests for contract revisions or changes and provide recommendations.
• Maintain and update contracts and legal worklists, ensuring accurate records.
• Prepare close‑out documentation, verify contract accuracy (effective dates, signatures, proofreading, etc.).
• Stay informed of updates to relevant laws and regulations and advise management on legal and contractual matters.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, legal, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
