Control & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Control & Reporting Analyst will support the internal control agenda for PepsiCo's GCC Hub in Cairo. The role focuses on delivery tower controls, global DMO controls, audit coordination, and transformation projects, ensuring compliance with corporate reporting calendars and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global DMO teams and the GCC CCC Finance Control team to execute controls and self‑assessments on schedule.
• Coordinate training for new joiners on GCS e‑learning and ensure timely completion.
• Support global IT control agenda, including legacy system and ITGC access reviews.
• Maintain local policies, Schedule of Authority, and SAP access to enforce segregation of duties.
• Handle external (KPMG) and corporate audit requests, ensuring timely responses and issue remediation.
• Assist GCC transformation projects, acting as SME for assigned business processes and developing post‑migration control strategies.
• Facilitate risk assessment programs, guide control owners in quarterly reporting, and conduct ad‑hoc trainings.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the control framework and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, SOX, and audit processes.
• Experience managing cross‑functional control teams and external audit relationships.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for control owners.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to work with business SMEs.
