Corporate Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our Learning & Development team in Egypt. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that support employee growth from onboarding through career progression across our luxury retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and training programs covering sales, customer experience, communication, English, leadership and other business needs.
• Create, adapt and personalize training materials based on business and learner requirements.
• Facilitate training through classroom sessions, virtual platforms, one‑to‑one coaching and on‑floor instruction.
• Conduct store visits across Egypt to provide hands‑on training and coaching.
• Support employee development and career progression, including leadership training for potential promotions.
• Review, update and maintain training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Assist employees on learning platforms such as Chalhoub University and evaluate training impact.

Required profile

• Passionate about learning and development with strong facilitation abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to create or adapt learning content to meet business needs.
