Cost Accountant (F&B & Catering) – Decision Support Specialist

As a Cost Accountant, you will move far beyond simple data entry; you will act as a strategic partner, providing the financial intelligence necessary to drive profitability and support the launch of our upcoming premium brands.

Main Missions

• Cost Modeling & Analysis: Calculate and analyze product and meal costs, develop dynamic costing models, and implement strategies to optimize profit margins.
• Catering Decision Support: Evaluate catering bids and pricing structures to determine financial feasibility, including break-even analysis and profitability forecasting.
• Scenario Planning: Prepare detailed financial analyses based on varying production volumes and operational capacities to support strategic scaling.
• Inventory & Variance Control: Monitor stocks, waste, and cost variances to ensure rigorous financial oversight and accuracy.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop comprehensive budgets and profitability forecasts under multiple business scenarios.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide clear "go/no-go" recommendations to management by translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Tax & Compliance: Review tax implications related to production and sales to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in cost accounting, ideally within the manufacturing or F&B sector.
• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and conduct deep-dive financial research.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence decision-making through data.
