Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager will own the full P&L and overall management of the market, leading a local team that includes Commercial Directors. This senior leader is responsible for delivering revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability across production, agency/studio, and activation services.

Key responsibilities

• Full accountability for market revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash, meeting annual budget and growth targets.
• Oversee Commercial Directors, ensure pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy and intervene on key client meetings and deal closures.
• Lead, coach and develop the local leadership team, managing talent, performance, organisational health and day‑to‑day operations.
• Provide domain expertise in POSM, retail production, agency, studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with factory/production, design and finance to meet quality, cost and timeline commitments.
• Decide production allocation across factories, manage capacity planning, make‑vs‑buy decisions and optimise cost, quality, lead time and margin.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with proven P&L responsibility.
• Strong background managing multi‑functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail production or branding industries is preferred.
