About the role
The Country Public Relations Manager will lead high‑level government and public affairs activities, ensuring the organization builds strong relationships with ministries, political parties, and other key decision‑makers. This role is pivotal for interpreting policy, uncovering business opportunities, and supporting strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Map and manage the decision‑making chain of national governments and political parties, driving public‑relations initiatives at ministerial level and above.
- Interpret national policies, identify government business clues, and leverage resources for business development.
- Assist the AR Project Director in planning ToG projects and overseeing their implementation and delivery.
- Develop the country’s business and investment environment, fostering a robust government‑business ecosystem for ToG growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Public Administration, Political Science, Agricultural Economics, Engineering Management or related fields.
- Solid experience in government affairs and public relations within the host country; prior government sales experience is a plus.
- Proven access to resources at ministerial level or higher and a strong network of local contacts.
- Experience with enterprises that have extensive government project portfolios is advantageous.
