Customer Accounts Specialist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Customer Accounts Specialist will manage and process transactional activities for the CRM team, ensuring orders, forecasts, documentation and invoicing are handled efficiently and accurately. The role supports customer satisfaction through consistent service, governance of processes and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, enter and follow up on all customer orders (Concentrate, DPS, Finished Goods) in SAP, handling availability issues and coordinating with internal teams.
• Create delivery documents and manage order hand‑over to Customer Account Specialists.
• Enter customer‑supplied forecasts into the APO system, verify data integrity and support demand planning.
• Evaluate ATP and OTIF issues, work with Supply Management, CAS and Demand Planners to resolve and implement corrective actions.
• Produce all required shipment, export and import documentation, liaising with internal departments and external bodies.
• Invoice orders at shipment time to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Lead process standardisation and improvement projects, collaborating with the SAP team and driving productivity gains.
• Develop and execute customer satisfaction programmes, including surveys and VOC activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar customer‑service or transactional role.
• Strong understanding of Customer Services (CS) and CPS processes.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Experience in managing customer satisfaction initiatives.
