About the role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor in Al‑Sadat City. You will be part of the founding team that launches the new site, interacting directly with customers to resolve issues and deliver a high‑quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries in English and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling diverse queries.
- Document interactions and follow internal processes to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve service standards.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher (conversational is sufficient).
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast‑paced launch environment.
