About the role
This entry‑level position is a remote call‑center representative role based in Egypt. You will receive on‑the‑job training and are expected to commit for a minimum of nine months. The role is full‑time, working five days a week with eight to nine hours each day.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls following provided scripts.
- Document interactions and solve customer problems efficiently.
- Adhere to internal procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a calm and quiet work environment throughout each shift.
Required profile
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Reliable, coachable and able to follow a strict training attendance policy.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum nine‑month engagement.
