Customer Service & Assistance Coordinator (Multilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service & Assistance Coordinator to provide travel‑related support and emergency assistance to our international clients. The role involves handling cases, coordinating concierge services, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel‑related queries and emergency assistance requests.
• Coordinate travel and concierge arrangements according to customer benefits.
• Open, monitor and follow up on assistance cases for travelers abroad.
• Communicate with service providers, partners and internal departments to ensure seamless case handling.
• Respond to incoming emails and requests following company procedures and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and updates for ongoing cases.
• Support operations and assistance teams during peak periods.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to senior team members.
• Provide written and verbal support to international customers.

Required profile

• Very good command of English and Arabic (spoken and written), English level B2 or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, hospitality, travel, healthcare or assistance is a plus.
