About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Associate to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing efficient support, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions primarily via phone.
- Resolve concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.
- Document interactions using CRM tools and follow up as needed.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering quality service.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Problem‑solving ability and capacity to multitask.
- Prior experience in customer service or support is a plus.
