Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk in one of Majid Al Futtaim’s shopping malls, ensuring a high‑quality experience for visitors, tenants and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mall assets, store locations, layout and ongoing promotional activities.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the Information Desk/Booth in line with company guidelines and under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager.
• Provide clear directions, promotional information and answer queries from visitors both in person and by phone.
• Conduct “meet and greet” services for tour groups, educational institutions and assist during mall tours.
• Handle routine customer and tenant complaints courteously, escalating issues to the relevant departments when required.
• Manage merchandise and services sold at the desk, maintain accurate inventory and follow finance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of customer service experience in a reputable shopping centre or luxury hotel environment.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
