Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to provide technical support to our customers through multiple channels. The role requires a full‑time commitment and the ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts on site.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email and live‑chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions.
• Accurately document all interactions, inquiries and resolutions in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer the best possible assistance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2‑C1 level).
• Graduate, college dropout or gap‑year student willing to commit fully to a full‑time position.
• Available to work 24/7 rotational shifts on site.
