About the role
Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Cairo. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering high‑quality support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and smooth interactions across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and guide customers to appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper phone etiquette and documentation of interactions.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.
Required profile
- Graduate or dropout with a military certificate.
- No prior experience required.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Immediate availability to start.
