About the role
DiDi Global is looking for a proactive CX & Relationship Intern to support its Customer Experience and Service teams across Egypt, Australia and New Zealand. You will act as a liaison for internal and external communication, help manage permissions, and contribute to data‑driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate internal and external communication between the EG & ANZ Customer Service teams and other departments.
- Create and manage access permissions for new team members, both internal and external.
- Analyse performance data and prepare presentations for business insights.
- Handle service defect tracking and resolution.
- Manage invoice processing and fulfillment.
- Support project and initiative follow‑up across local and global programs.
- Serve as a master user for company portals and tools.
Required profile
- Strong interest in customer experience and relationship management.
- Ability to quickly learn and master internal tools and portals.
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
- Willingness to collaborate on both local and global initiatives.
